How To Apply

We are a dedicated and friendly team that is like no other, with staff activities, dinners, and trips to other ski destinations. Not only is our mountain known for amazing powder snow and no lift lines, the beautiful town of Smithers is a fantastic place to spend the winter season. It’s scenic mountain peaks and proximity to the back country makes it easy to access splitboarding, ski touring, hiking, snowshoeing, and fabulous cross country skiing from outside your doorstep. The welcoming town offers public rink and pond skating, a recreation centre with a pool and climbing gym,  2 breweries, a lively music scene with local DJs and musicians that play at our lodge at one of our many events throughout the season. Smithers is the perfect destination to work and explore the wonders of the Canadian North; bordering on Alaska the incredible scenery and wildlife serve as your background to adventure.
